La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, Orihuela Costa, opens in September!
On the 26th September 2012, La Zenia Boulevard is set to open its doors to the public in Orihuela Costa, converting itself into the largest shopping and leisure complex in the region of Alicante!
Offering over 150 shops and services, including over a third taken by local businesses, La Zenia Boulevard will also be home to high street names such as Leroy Merlin (9,000m2), Decathlon (5,000m2), C & A, Primark, Worten, Norauto, Auchan and the supermarket giant Alcampo (14,000m2).
What´s more, the Inditex Group which includes high street chains Zara, Zara Home, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear and Bershka will also be bringing all its brands to La Zenia Boulevard.
Sprawling over 161.000 m2, La Zenia Boulevard has over 5,000 parking spaces, half of which will be under the centre; 11,000 m2 dedicated to restaurants and bars, many offering sea views and also the Casino Mediterraneo, which is moving from Torrevieja after 8 years situated across the road from the Habaneras Shopping Centre.
Over 5,000 direct and indirect jobs have been created, and a new road layout gives La Zenia Boulevard direct links to the AP-7 motorway, making it easy to find for shoppers from all across the region.
La Zenia Boulevard has a traditional Mediterranean design, featuring more than 600 trees and 55 different plant species in the various gardens and open spaces which give colour to the shopping centre. Its layout is designed to reflect a typical Spanish village, with various “town squares” such as Plaza London Square or Plaza Mayor linked by “streets” lined with shops of every description.
The opening of this new shopping giant has been met with enthusiasm by local residents and is conveniently located close to various TM developments, including Zeniamar, Linnea Sol, Sol Marino, Novogolf and Azul Beach.
